Forever Marilyn TikTok/Reel Contest

Create a TikTok or Instagram Reel in which Forever Marilyn in Palm Springs is the star (it can also include other Palm Springs sites) and use the hashtag #ForeverMarilynContest in the caption to be entered into the Forever Marilyn TikTok/Reel Contest! Three winners will be selected in October 2022, and will be awarded one of 3 Palm Springs Weekend Getaway Grand Prizes.

  • The contest will run through September 30, 2022 – all TikTok/Reels must be posted by that date.

  • Be sure to include the hashtag #ForeverMarilynContest in the caption below your TikTok/Reel – this is the only way your TikTok/Reel can be entered into the contest.

  • Three Palm Springs Weekend Getaway Grand Prizes will be awarded to the top three winning entries, which will be selected by a panel of judges. The Palm Springs Weekend Getaway will include 2 nights of lodging in Palm Springs, dining certificates for the weekend, and tickets to participating area attractions. If a winner is more than 150 miles away from Palm Springs, verified by Driver’s License or state-issued I.D., they will be awarded $500 to be used towards their travel expenses to Palm Springs for their Palm Springs Weekend Getaway prize.

  • The winning entries will be reposted on PS Resorts’ social media accounts and its website.

Official Contest Rules

​

  1. Prize winners must be at least 18 years old. There will be a total of 3 Palm Springs Weekend Getaway prizes given to the top 3 winning entries.

  2. Winners do not have any right to make substitutions on any portion of their Palm Springs Weekend Getaway prize.

  3. Prizes must be claimed by the winners, and are not transferable.

  4. Winners must claim their prize in writing within 30 days of being notified their TikTok/Reel was selected as one of the winners, however; they have one year from the day they claim their prize to redeem the Palm Springs Weekend Getaway.

  5. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges selected by PS Resorts. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. 

  6. PS Resorts makes no warranties regarding the safety, condition, or fitness of any prizes awarded, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a winner through the use of any awarded prize.

  7. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.

  8. If a winner is more than 150 miles away from Palm Springs, verified by Driver’s License or state-issued I.D., they will be awarded $500 to be used towards their travel expenses to Palm Springs.

  9. PS Resorts requires winners to sign a release form in order to receive the prize. In such a case, the winner will not be entitled to receive the prize without signing the release. By signing the release, winning submissions shall give permission to PS Resorts to share their TikTok/Reel on PS Resorts’ social media channels and website.

  10. Employees of PS Resorts’ partners/properties and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in any contests or promotions sponsored by PS Resorts.

  11. Booking hotel accommodations associated with the Palm Springs Weekend Getaway prize will be subject to the property’s availability.

  12. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.

  13. The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to the Forever Marilyn TikTok/Reel Contest sponsored by PS Resorts is reserved exclusively by PS Resorts. Its decisions shall be final.

  14. No purchase necessary.

  15. Palm Springs Weekend Getaway prize has no cash value.

  16. Those entering their TikTok/reel into the contest must use the #ForeverMarilynContest hashtag for the entry to be valid. Any Forever Marilyn TikToks/Reels intended to be entered into the contest that DO NOT contain the #ForeverMarilynContest will not be eligible.

  17. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold PS Resorts and its affiliates harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this contest or use or redemption of any prize.
